Day Sixty-Eight

Do you know Kony? You need to! If you want to change the world, check out the website and see how you can be involved! Let your friends know if you believe in the cause. That's what I am doing.
I leave tomorrow for the border to help one family have a home, but what if I could help save thousands of African children?!

Day Sixty-Seven

"C is for Cookie that's good enough for me!" What's better than an Oreo? An Oreo baked inside of a Chocolate Chip Cookie!!! South Hall always has food, and they are often willing to share!
In other news, I received a letter today informing me that I will need to find a roommate for the fall. An offer has been set forth, so maybe that search will end soon and happy. In case you don't know why I need a roommate, it's because I won't be RA next year and my roommate is moving on to better things.

Day Sixty-Six

So it's been 66 days of blogging and I am kinda getting bored with it. I am realizing there isn't a whole lot of exciting news in my life. Tomorrow will have a highlight I suppose. And Spring Break will have a great story or two. But overall, my life, every day to day, is rather bland. I am honored that you have taken the time to keep up, but I really wish I had more to offer you in my blog.

PS. Don't forget to change your clocks on Saturday night!

Day Sixty-Five

I have run a few 5ks and a few duathlons; nothing more than 4 miles. Never consistently either. Just kinda here and there whenever there was a special reason. I didn't realize how out of shape I was until last night. My 2am run took more than 11 minutes. I was so disgusted! But I have to be able to run 3.1 miles by March 24th. So I am taking up running again. Remember when I bought my pants? That's when I bought these shorts! I like them.... a lot! I hope I'll be ready by James' birthday or it is going to be really embarrassing....

Day Sixty-Four

I've never understood why college campuses don't offer dinner on Sundays. They didn't do it at ETBU while April was there, and they don't do it here. What's a kid to do? Starve? Spend all their flex money? Pay for food off campus? Eat, (dare I say it?) Ramen???
Tonight, I had two offers for free food. My teacher was sweet to offer her students homemade food and my roommate's parents opened their house to students from their church and G1/2A.
Q: The real question is this, where will I eat next week?!
A: S_ _ I _ _ _ _ _, TX
