Day One-Hundred and Thirty-One

What is an Epi Pen? I know what it does...in layman's terms anyways. If someone if having an allergic reaction, you stab them with it and then they aren't sick anymore. Actually it's more complicated than that. An epi pen is also known as "epinephrine autoinjector." When you inject the adrenaline into the thigh of a person, you can prevent them from going into anaphylactic shock. Thankfully, I have never experienced this before.
Some people have extreme reactions to Peanut Butter. My reactions are not as intense and do not occur every time I ingest peanut products. Tonight, when I had peanut butter, it wasn't good. My throat got tight and it hurt. Like contractions, it came, hurt for a few seconds, and then went away only to return again. Luckily for me, unlike contractions, this did not end with an infant. Whew! But I really enjoy peanut butter, so I am torn as to whether or not I should eat it in the future.
