Day One-Hundred and Thirty-Seven

I flew in a SkyHawk tonight with Jacob! Before we left, I discussed many things with the dispatcher. I correctly stated the speed of both the SkyHawk and the TwinStar, 110 and 180 respectively. I also guessed that a small drawing on the board indicated the VOR. This and random other tidbits I have picked up from hanging out around pilots impressed her. By sheer coincidence, I pointed to a plane and said that it looked like a tricycle, sure enough it was. Take off was exciting and so was landing. The whole part in between was very uneventful and rather dull. My dehydration gave me a headache I still have. I really enjoyed the experience! Thanks Jacob for taking me up for the first time in a non-commercial setting!

  1. You are very welcome! The parts in between airports are usually dull unless you like to look outside.
