This Is What's Up

I just noticed that it's almost been a week since my last post. Well I'll catch you up on my life.

On Friday and Saturday I helped move a friend. She was moving from S-town into D-town which is great because now she will be able to be more involved with "the Church". I had a lot of fun even if it was exhausting. I think I picked up something while I was out at the old place because Saturday when I woke up I had a sore throat, a headache, pressure in my ears and a stuffed up yet runny nose. I took benadryl as often as I was allowed and slept a lot. I'm doing better but still got some nose stuffiness. Sunday I'm sad to say I didn't go to church because me and mom both felt kinda crappy. Monday was slow, seeing as I hadn't fully recovered.

When I awoke this morning I grabbed my phone, as I always do first thing, to see who all had texted me during the night. To my horror there was no display! I had plugged it in to charge when I went to bed so I knew the battery wasn't dead and I noticed that the buttons were lit up so I knew my phone was a total loss. Since I couldn't see to call anyone I had my sister call me. To my shock it rang! I answered and she could hear me but I couldn't hear her. I was dismayed at the loss of use of my phone. I turned up the volume and it has rung many times.


I called AT&T because I haven't had this phone even a year and it should be under warranty. According to them the broken screen outside of the phone that doesn't affect this current issue makes the warranty void. Motorola would not fix it either so I made some inquiries about getting my beloved phone fixed. I found a place that does "out-of-warranty" repairs. They charge $20 labor and it should be about $15 for the part but it's worth it to me since AT&T wanted at least $115 for a new phone and I wouldn't be able to get anything off my phone. I'm going to go tomorrow to get my phone fixed. I will be so happy to get my phone back! I've been dying without texting!!

Anyways I'm going to babysit this really cute little boy tonight. He is 2 and every time he watches this video he cracks up!

I've got to go but I'll try to post more often and not so much at a time like the 2 pg long novels. I'll try more for the short essays. lol
