Day Nineteen

On April 5th, 2010 a godly young woman was suddenly gone. I couldn't believe it. She was 25. People that age don't die of brain aneurysms. How could my beloved camp counselor just be gone? I didn't want to accept it. I cried and cried for her. When I went to her facebook page you could see nearly a hundred posts from friends and family praying and mourning. I knew others were hurting too.
Today is her birthday and while she is not here to read the comments people are posting on her wall, I am jealous of her. She impacted so many people, so deeply. I only wish I could have that amazing effect on people. Happy Birthday Heather, my navel-ringed counselor!
