I signed up at the very end of last semester to lead a small group for my church. The topic: 40 Days of Relationships. Today was the first day we were supposed to meet. I was wasn't really sure what to expect, only one girl had signed up for my group. I knew a couple other girls I thought might like to come, but one had to leave town unexpectedly. After watching the video, me and the one girl who came went through the questions and then began to talk about some relationships. It was awesome to see how comfortable we felt being open with each other about them even though I hardly know her. I am really looking forward to the study and hopefully next week will go well.
It sounds like a VERY successful meeting! You're practicing relationship with someone you were already related to (in Christ)! Very good!
