The food service provider for LeTourneau is Bon Appetit. (RANDOM TANGENT: Three food services ago it was SAGA, the name stuck.) They have this idea that they can take away a cheese, among many other things, and students will be okay with it. They are wrong. For the last two years we have had "No Carbon Day." In order to increase awareness of pollution, they take away food that cause CO2 and the like. Seeing as how it is only one day, it is fine. But because I am paying them to provide me with food, I would like them to give me the things I like, which includes cheese. Lunch: chicken, sweet potato mash, curly fries, and sweet tea -- All orange! Yay for homemade food this weekend...please mom?
