Day One-Hundred and Eighty-Two

I really love that I can measure distance on Google Maps! With our clip-in shoes and helmets, we rode this route there and back twice. According to Google, that was 7.8 miles!! Then we ran/jogged/walked 1 mile. I don't know about this duathlon coming up. I want to do it, I am excited to do it, but I don't know if I will do well on it. Too much laying around is not good for someone who wants to run 4 miles and bike 9.5.

On a completely different note, you wanna know how small the world is? At Best Buy in Alliance Town Center, I ran into someone I know from Saginaw. We run into each other all the time in Decatur but this was a new location for us. It gets better though. She has known me for at least 6 years and when I said something about school she thought I was going to "Decatur High School, or are we not there yet?" Implying I was in middle school! Ohhh Elaine. No worries, most people think I am 14 anyways, so it's okay. We had a good laugh out of it.
Remember to age the people you know in your head when you are apart, they won't always be that dorky little 5th grader you once knew.
