Day Two-Hundred and Seven

30 miles isn't very far, it's just 158,400 ft. You could travel it in less than 1,800 seconds really! On a bike, it seems much longer though. There are several factors that play into it. How much water have I had? Who am I ridin with? What have I eaten? Where am I riding? When am I riding? Is there a head wind? The temperature! James, James and I went for a ride at TMS tonight and I could barely make it half of my previous distance. The best time for me to ride really is in the mornings. Keller really whooped me. Mountain biking is very strenuous and he has taught his body to endure. We had a good time even if it was triple digits and uphill with a headwind.
Now to pack before I leave tomorrow!
