Day Two-Hundred and Fifteen

The teen summer reading program always ends with a party at the library. Because the entire program is online, this gives the teens a time to interact and meet others who read all summer. The theme was "Round up a good book!" so I wore boots, jeans, and my cowboy hat. I know you are thinking, "It's a teen party Jamee, you aren't a teen anymore..." You're right, but I am a volunteer!

The best part of the party was probably the ring toss game that I called "Poor man's horseshoes." Throwing a 1-1/2 inch washer into a small bowl from 10 or 15ft away is a lot harder than you would think. We all had a fun time!

I left pretty quickly afterwards so I could get to Elise's house. I caught a ride with her, her brother, and her boyfriend to Cowboys Red River. I was pretty much dressed already which was nice. It seems like two-stepping is the only time I get to see Elise, but I have fun so it is okay!
